How To Boost Your Flow *And* Your Productivity 💃🏼

If you’re anything like me, you’re excited to squeeze all the juice out of life.
Do great things, create your life’s work and make this world a better place! 🌿

But sometimes following our dreams can be challenging.

We can get side-tracked or turn into mechanic robots.
Working hard in order to “get somewhere”, forgetting to enjoy the process…

In both cases, we lose our sexy (feminine) selves.
(If you’ve tried that, you know it’s not fun..) 😕

I used to struggle just the same.
Until I found a ridiculously simple technique that made all the difference…

Adapting this stuff allowed my monkey mind to create without going crazy in the coconut. 🥥 🐒
Now, I can’t imagine working without it!

So how do you keep balance between having fun AND going for your dreams?

If you want to boost your flow and your productivity, today’s video is for you.

You’ll learn:
A ridiculously simple 2-step technique to enhance focus + flow
– How to let go of stress and rejuvenate throughout the day
– Ways to maintain your energy and naturally ride your personal creation flow 💃🏼

After watching, I’d love to hear from you.

Leave a comment and let me know:
1) Have you ever used this technique before?
2) What’s making the biggest difference for you to stay grounded and in flow?

I hope this video serves you.
Because the world needs your full radiance.

With love,
Leonie xxx 💓

Love the advice! I’ve tried Pomodori technique before, but I got frustrated with it after like two days. I just didn’t even think I could do dance breaks to make the breaks make more sense to me!
